BruceEsplin Pty Ltd undertakes complex reviews and enquiries on organisational structure and performance.

During his time as Victorian Emergency Services Commissioner, Bruce Esplin led a large number of complex and sensitive enquiries into the performance of Victoria’s emergency services and emergency management arrangements. While some remain confidential for obvious security reasons, others have been publicly released. These included:

BruceEsplin Pty Ltd has worked with organisations in the outdoor sector and the Department of Sport and Recreation in Victoria to review organisational arrangements  for the sector, and then to guide the implementation of the recommendations made including the establishment of a new peak body for the sector.
