Mentoring is a critical but undervalued and perhaps underutilised element of  leadership and personal and professional development.

Done well, the process is one in which both parties benefit greatly from their participation.

Bruce has always made himself available as a mentor and believes he has personally benefitted greatly from his involvement. Some of these relationships have existed for a number of years and have continued to flourish and evolve as circumstances change.
